Inspired By True Events On Movie Screens
The video for the new song by The Teenagers, Starlett Johansson, is not as funny as its lyrics, but does remind me of the amazing opening credits Robert Brownjohn did for From Russia With Love.
I remember reading in an old issue of Dazed and Confused an article on Sofia Coppola where she states the opening shot for Lost in Translation was influenced by John Kacere's photorealistic paintings.

That in turn inspired a series of photos for Numéro Magazine, but I can't remember who shot it. Perhaps Solve Sundsbo.

Ain't Nothing Wrong With That
In case you weren't wasting enough time on Facebook, here's a place that will chart any website as a graph. Total geek alert, but total fun.
It shows the main page as starting point, then the plethora of links that branch off from it, and the links from those pages, and so on and so forth. This is what this blog looks like:

This is what Jack Siegel's impressive photography website looks like:

And here is the chart for the monster site that is Wikipedia:

Your Face Or Your Kneecaps

Interesting article in New York Magazine about NY photographer Dash Snow: Warhol's Children: Snow, McGinley and Colen.

Also, Dash Snow, what a great name. Like Ace Norton.
