Like Do, Do I Like

Having previously professed my love of spirographs and kaleidoscopes, imagine how much I'm into John Whitney. Move over, Avatar, this is the real 3D.

Epileptics abstain.

Like some modern day Bonnie and Clyde

Either Sprüth Magers are mind readers, or we need to get in touch.

Double-whammy: on top of the colossal Tate Modern exhibition, John Baldessari is showing at Sprüth Magers in Berlin until mid-January. I've been to the Tate show twice and I can't get enough. Apparently I'm not the only one.

The gallery's London location is showing Barbara Kruger's work. Futura - what's not to like?

Plus, I've been into "isms" ever since Jenny Holzer (also represented by Sprüth Magers) did her stint for Helmut Lang.

When you're rockin' and a rollin' can't hear your momma call

My body's a zombie for you

Magnum have opened up a new gallery in Paris. More legendary photos like this one, Minutes to Midnight, by Trent Parke.

You had me crawling for you baby

For a second I thought I'd struck gold when I was tearing through Branislav Kropilak's website. Then I realised, oh, he's the epic billboard pictures guy.

Spectacular series of photographs, regardless. Incredible long-exposure shots of planes landing too. Speaks straight to my OCD, so clean, so many straight lines.

Some got jobs, some sell ye

The Heads of State prove they're on top of their game once again with the identity for Brokelyn: a new blog on how to live it large and local, on not a lotta dolla'.

Eyes like ice

Joseph, keeping it tight since forever.

Today I read a 400-page "book" on Liz Taylor and Richard Burton's love mess.

That's six hours of my life and my mother's respect that I'm never getting back. I'm returning it to the store pronto and swapping it for John Niven's Kill Your Friends.

Champs Like Us

Eight years working with Fabien Baron + ex-business partner of Ezra Petronio = Patrick Li.

Pretty much design royalty, New York Times insider Patrick Li set up Li, Inc. after the recent dissolution of Work in Progress and consolidated his status as fashion ident heavyweight. He is the man behind the print paraphernalia for Rodarte, Alex Wang, Jason Wu and Phillip Lim.

Could've stopped that sentence after "he is the man".

Get back on track pick me up some bottles of booze

In the same line as the seminal Overheard in New York, not as rude as Texts From Last Night and closer in spirit to AdVerbatim, Clients From Hell delivers its own share of funny.
