It was you all along who had a hold of my heart


I knew I should have been born Japanese, so thanks mom and dad for not coming through on that one.

Who else but the Japanese could create a spectrum of 500 pencils and name each one a different, mind-boggling name? They'll even deliver a choice of four different display options. On their blog, Otto call it a work of art and says "no hue has gone uncaptured".

Indeed their names range from the fairly basic - "pale periwinkle", "mermaid's gown" and "Chesapeake blue" - to the downright quizzical: "tragedy", "Sara's sister" and "three o'clock".

Not sure about "first date" either, that could look like a lot of things.
